Eligibility:

Doctors with MS / MD / Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Surgery or Medicine degree recognised by General Medical Council, UK.
IELTS academic (score is 7.5 and no less than 7 in any domain) or OET (minimum B)
You must not have appeared and failed the PLAB exam (either Part 1 or 2)
Must be eligible for Tier 2 (General) Visa and meet UK employment, pre-employment clearances.

Year 1 - Preparatory year in India at Apollo hospitals.

Extensive training with a designated mentor from your chosen specialty
Comprehensive mentorship, guidance and support for the duration of the programme.
English language training - IELTS & OET.
Visa application, documentation and GMC registration sponsorship assistance.
NHS induction programme.
Simulation based training.
Resuscitation training.
Communication and public speaking skills training.
Research, publications and presentation guidance.

Year 2 & 3 - 2 years job placement in NHS trust, UK

Work based clinical teaching and specific skills acumen.
Core academic teaching on Saturdays.
On call duties including nights and weekends covering general emergencies and specialties specific.
Individual Specialty clinics and higher skills training under consultations supervision.
Full time NHS salary scale as per Rota - average GBP 45,000 p.a. + overtime extras.
